Savvas Foundation is an association that was set up for the purpose to support charitable projects that focus on kids education around the world, kids that would otherwise have very limited or no access to schooling. The mission we take on is long-term, supporting kids from nursery, through primary and secondary school, to trade school and college. We believe that giving kids a chance in education is giving them a chance out of poverty.
Currently, we partner with a Colorado based organization To Return to adopt kids whose parents are a porter or a guide on Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and provide them with scholarships. To Return is a non-profit organization dedicated to bettering lives of individuals working in the tourism industry throughout the developing world and aligned with our mission to help kids access education.
